Terms of service

Hermes Group will host client's website for one year. 99% uptime is guaranteed under the following provisions:

  1. Technical problems affecting availability of the site or delivery of e-mail will be resolved within 24 hours of notification of webmaster.
  2. Client will be refunded $1.00 per day or part of a day that the problem persists after the initial 24 hour period.
  3. In the event that client elects to move his domain to another host, no refund for unused service is offered. All domain names incur an initial $25.00 setup fee, whether moving an existing domain or establishing a new one. $70.00 two-year Internic registration fee billed separately. Fees are payable on receipt of signed contract.
